Mike Gill serves as the Assistant General Manager at Builders FirstSource in Olympia, bringing more than 20 years of experience with the company. In his role, he partners closely with regional contractors and trades professionals, providing hands-on expertise and on-site support for projects ranging from single-family homes to large-scale commercial developments.

Originally from Great Falls, Montana, Mike spent many summers on Harstine Island with his family, building a lasting connection to the area. After his time with Pacific Steel, he relocated to Mason County, where he continues to live and stay actively involved in the local community.
