Lisa Woodard | Treasurer

Lisa Woodard is the Area Manager for Heritage Bank NW, overseeing branch operations and performance throughout Mason and Thurston counties. Lisa joins us with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry, overseeing branch management, business lending, and small business support. Since starting her banking career at Great American Bank, in Downtown Shelton, Lisa has been recognized as Business Woman of the Year by the Mason Health Foundation, completed the Leadership Thurston County program, and is currently serving as past president of the Rotary Club of West Olympia.

Lisa joined the board to continue advocating for the entrepreneurs and small business owners she serves while helping create a stronger, more thriving future for her son, who has grown up in the local school system. She is excited to bring her professional experience to the board and help connect more people with the resources they need to succeed.

Beyond the bank vaults, Lisa has also supported numerous nonprofit organizations, including United Way, the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce Board, Shelton Rotary, Mason Matters, and Mason Health, to name a few. When Lisa isn't volunteering or working, you can usually find her camping and hiking throughout the Olympic Peninsula or around Hood Canal.
