Jacqualine Case is the Branch Manager at Heritage Bank, where she specializes in both commercial and consumer lending. A Shelton native, Jacqualine returned to the area in 2021 after working at U.S. Bank in Florence, Oregon. Since rejoining the Shelton community, she has been an integral part of the Heritage Bank team. During her time in Florence, Jacqualine was actively involved with Habitat for Humanity, Rotary, and the local Chamber of Commerce. She continues her commitment to community service as a member of the Mason Economic Development Council (MasonEDC) Board of Directors and the Shelton-Mason County Chamber Board. Jacqualine is passionate about supporting local entrepreneurs and small business owners, offering expertise in commercial lending, business banking solutions, and consumer loans.

Now living in Union, she enjoys life with her partner, Jack, their cat Robert, and their dog Beethoven, as they work together on building their forever home.
