With over a decade in the forest products industry, Jacquelin Earley has been a dedicated advocate for workforce development—especially for youth. She currently serves as Community Relations Manager for Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI). Jacquelin began her career with SPI’s Aberdeen division and later transferred to Shelton when the company purchased the Simpson mill.

For the past two years, she has been building a robust workforce development program to connect young people with careers at SPI, taking pride in shaping the future of Mason County’s workforce. In addition to serving on the Mason County EDC Board, Jacquelin is an active member of the Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council Board, the South Sound Council, and multiple education advisory boards.

Jacquelin joined the EDC Board to deepen her commitment to the community where we live, work, and play. In her work at SPI, she helps to create livable-wage jobs, support numerous nonprofits and community projects through the Sierra Pacific Foundation, and champions for the forest products industry.

A rural Thurston County resident, Jacquelin treasures the region’s lush scenery and refreshing rain. She is a proud mother of two daughters and enjoys gardening and spending time with family. Her favorite local restaurant is Las Palmas, where she always orders the spicy shrimp. And a fun fact—on Fridays, you might find her sporting a band t-shirt!
